My name is Allie.

(Some people still call me Allison – I’ll answer to that too.)

I love Jesus. That’s really all you need to know.

But if you want to know more, I’m also: a daughter, a sister, and an aunt.

I call Fort Worth, Texas home (for now).

I am a pediatric nurse. I have the incredible privilege of taking care of kids with cancer and blood disorders. My bald babies and their families make the strangeness of working night shifts so worth it.

On my off days I am exploring, running, biking, reading, or listening to good music.

If you offer me any kind of craft coffee, beer, or a good glass of red wine, we will be friends.

This blog is a place for storytelling, sharing adventures and learning more about Jesus along the way.
